Very friendly and knowledgeable but needs to be more slow and gentle when moving a patients limbs when assessing for pain. My pain level skyrocketed to a 7 from a 2 after I was assessed and I was in pain for several days after. The other thing is the front office, I hadn’t been there for 7 months and had a $140 credit, no one had bothered to mention or refund until last Friday. If the receptionist hadn’t mentioned I didn’t have to pay due to credit and I hadn’t asked how much, then I wouldn’t be getting this credit back in my bank account.
